Returns Policy

Returns accepted if returned within 7 working days for unused items, in original condition and packing with all tags intact, within 7 working days on any item damaged during delivery and within 7 working days on any faulty item.

All Sale items are exchangeable only.

At the time of returning an item, please email us at admin@Noemiefashionboutique.com with details of your return(s). If you would like to discuss your return(s) prior to sending, please email us quoting your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please send any returning item(s) with a copy of your order invoice to enable us to identify you as a customer. We will notify of our returns address upon receipt of your e mail.

Once your return(s) is approved, we will aim to process a refund within a maximum of seven working days from receipt of your return. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

We recommend using a signed for postal service or purchasing postal insurance, as we cannot be responsible for any items that are returned to us without it being signed for on delivery.

You are responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure that full postage is paid for on all returns.
